What is a Mission Study: A Mission Study provides clear goals for your church that can be achieved in the next few years. Further, it helps to chart a course for your membership and community into the future. To do this, the Mission Study will give your Session both Short and Long Term activities and milestones that they will review and implement at their discretion. This survey is a key component of the study that allows all church members and friends to provide vital information as we look to understand who you are and what you believe to be important.

Who should fill out this survey: If you are a member or friend of Wayne First Presbyterian Church (FPC), you should fill out this survey. All members and friends in your household should fill out their own survey. We recommend that all youth Confirmed members also fill out a survey.

When does it need to be completed: Please complete this survey by December 15, 2025.

Important online survey instructions: We estimate that it will take approximately 30-45 minutes to fill out this survey. You will notice there are multiple sections to this survey. Your answers for each section are saved when you hit the NEXT button at the bottom of each section. You can close the survey and return to it later and all of your saved answers will remain. HOWEVER, since we are not recording your name or email address, only 1 survey can be taken on a particular computer, tablet or phone. If you have multiple members of your household who share a single device, please use the paper version of the survey. If you have multiple devices, insure that each person completes the survey on the device they started on. Please take your time in answering. Remember that you have until December 15 to complete it.

Should I also fill out the written survey: No. If you complete this survey online, do not fill out a written survey. Conversely, you should not fill out this survey if you have completed the written version. Both surveys ask the same questions.
