Thank you for your interest in the 2024-2025 Strategic Leadership Intensive, a collaborative offering of Subduction Consulting & El Porvenir Services.

Selection Considerations
We will accept about 20 applicants into this year's cohort. We will prioritize applications from Black, Indigenous and People of Color leaders, and from organizations seeking to enroll multiple leaders in the cohort as a strategy team.

Application Content:
The application includes 3 short sections:

1) Personal contact info (name, email, current title/role, etc.)

2) Organizational profile (where you work and what kind of work you do)

3) Open-ended questions:

- How does your lived experience inform your interest in participating in the Strategic Leadership Intensive?

- What are you hoping to gain from your participation in the Strategic Leadership Intensive?

- Is there anything else you would like us to know about you, your organization, or your approach to your work?

And that's it!

Fees:

The application processing fee is $25.

The program participation fee of $3,500 (or the first installment of an approved payment plan), is due from all selected participants by October 1, 2024.

We will notify applicants of our selection decisions by September 13, 2024.

Late applications may be considered on a rolling basis until all seats are filled.
