Coaching Courses Expression of Interest 2026/27

Please complete below - courses will be scheduled to suit the majority of responses.

Foundation Coach - Cost £200.00
Course usually delivered over two whole days usually two consecutive or close Saturdays or Sundays or over or 4 evenings.
Four face-to-face modules lasting three hours each, including three observed coaching opportunities
Seven bitesize e-learning modules lasting 10-15 minutes each
Assessment in the coach's own environment or county arranged cluster.
Multiple choice question assessment. ECB DBS, Safeguarding

Core Coach - Cost £400.00
Requires a minimum of 56 days to complete course including the assessment, so requires three whole days and two shorter 3 -hour sessions.
Eight face-to-face modules lasting three hours each, including two observed coaching opportunities
Six bitesize e-learning modules lasting 15-20 minutes each
Multiple choice question assessment
Short answer question assessment. ECB DBS, Safeguarding

Please note that all candidates must be 18 years and above to complete these courses. Candidates aged 17 can take either course, but won't be certificated until they turn 18.
