Academy membership dues are non-refundable except in instances when a pending or current member demonstrates an extenuating circumstance.

If you wish to request a refund of your membership dues, please fill out the form below. Requests must be made within 30 days of payment unless you are a Monthly EZ Pay subscriber.

Monthly EZ Pay subscribers must request a refund within five (5) days of payment. Otherwise, member benefits will continue until the end of the current month when the membership will be cancelled.

Please note: the $75 membership application fee is non-refundable and will not be included in the refund if approved.
