Feedback and Complaints

Future Living is a provider of services for people with disability.  Our mission is to enable families of people with developmental disability to plan and implement services that enhance their quality of life and provide a long-term secure future.

Future Living is dedicated to providing quality services for you and your family and we encourage your feedback.  All feedback is treated in confidence and used to help us to improve our service and, if a compliment, praise our staff and volunteers.  If you would like to access a Future Living policy please advise us when lodging your feedback.

Your feedback will be acknowledged within 48 hours, and we aim to resolve your feedback working with you, within 14 working days. If you are not happy with the outcome you will be directed to an independent advocate or a relevant government department.
