South Bend Cubs & SportsClips "Salute to Service" Nomination

Pay tribute to heroes in the Armed Forces, Police, Fire and/or EMS by nominating a local service man or woman to receive a Service Salute package sponsored by the South Bend Cubs and SportClips.

Package includes:
-Four (4) tickets to a preselected, 2018 regular season South Bend Cubs game
-On-field service recognition at Four Winds Field
-Prize pack from SportClips
