HOPE programme for IIH - survey to make a case for funding to develop the course - Version 2

We are hoping to apply for funding so we can offer more support for people living with IIH.

To help us do this, we would really value your views. We want to hear from people across the IIH community, whether you have already taken part in the Hope Programme, started but not completed it, or have not taken part before.
