  • Arrive at least one hour before the event starts to set up your booth.
  • All booths must be setup no later than 2:30 pm.
  • Stay for the full duration of the event.
  • Notify the organizers as soon as possible if your organization can no longer attend.
  • The City of Topeka will provide one table and two chairs per approved application.
  • Comply with all venue and event guidelines. Respect all attendees and fellow vendors.
  • Vendor is required to bring their own table and chairs.
