Welcome !!

Dear Respondents,

On behalf of Continuity & Resilience, I am delighted to invite you to participate in our India BCM Survey 2019 – the survey about Business Continuity practices in India. Your responses are extremely valuable to us and we sincerely thank you for your time and commitment to participate in the survey. It may take up to 10 minutes of your time.

In the interests of focus and brevity, this survey is focused on BCM, and not DR. If you are not a part of your organization’s BCM initiatives, kindly do not answer this survey, since your answers could distort the final conclusions. We do request you to forward this survey to the appropriate person in your organization as well as outside. For any clarifications, please email us at info@continuityandresilience.com or call at +91 9953704083 .

Finally, I would like to assure you that the survey report will not reveal specific details of respondents or the names of the organizations they represent. Yet, the survey will attempt to determine the financial and non-financial impact of loss due to disruptions, spend on BCM etc. You will appreciate that this data will also be critical for you to benchmark the effectiveness of your own BCM program. I would, therefore, request you to be totally diligent while answering the survey. The responses to the survey shall be kept confidential and only the aggregate picture will be shared. However, in case you are willing for us to acknowledge your efforts as an edicted BCM professional or those of your organization, kindly let us know as you answer the survey.
There are only a limited number of Business Continuity Professionals in India and it is incumbent on each one of us to do what we can to enhance the understanding and appreciation of this critical, yet much-misinterpreted subject in India. Involvement in trend-setting activities such as this survey is part of the professional commitment that people such as you and I need to demonstrate, as responsible and committed Business Continuity professionals in India.

Thank you in advance for answering this survey, and for taking time out to do this service to the community.

Warm Regards,
Dhiraj Lal
