On its third year, Mortgage Introducer will recognise companies in the mortgage industry that excel above all others as employers. By participating, your company will have the opportunity to be distinguished as a top workplace, heightening your company's profile as a mortgage employer of choice. 

Please complete the following survey to put your organisation in the running for Mortgage Introducer's Top Mortgage Employers report.

The winners will be profiled on Mortgage Introducer's website in October.

Entries close on Friday, 21 June, 2024.

Criteria: 

• Any company established in UK and within the mortgage industry, including lenders, networks, brokerages, tech and more, qualify
• Organisations must have a minimum of 10 employees 

Process: 

• Mortgage Employer's Top Mortgage Employers nomination process includes two phases: an employer and an employee survey
• Employer form: Employers must complete the following form in order for your organisation to be considered for Top Mortgage Employers.
  • Note: Only ONE submission is needed per organization
  • Deadline: June 21, 2024
    
• Employee survey: In early July, nominated companies will be provided an employee survey that is to be shared internally within the organisation for employees to complete. Nominated companies will be contacted directly with a link to the employee survey.   
• Organisations must meet the minimum amount of employee survey responses in order to qualify for Top Mortgage Employers:

• • Employee size 10 - 100: 10 minimum 
  • Employee size 101 - 500: 20 minimum 
  • Employee size 501+: 50 minimum
