RCDHU Strategic Planning Survey - Community Partners and Residents

Renfrew County District Health Unit (RCDHU) is developing its next Strategic Plan. Through leadership interviews and a strategic planning session involving the Board of Health and senior leadership, five proposed strategic priorities have been identified for the next five years:
1. Public Health Excellence: Deliver high-quality, responsive, and evidence-informed public health programs and services that improve population health, meet community needs, and advance health equity.
2. People, Culture and Capacity: Strengthen our people, culture, and organizational capacity through leadership, learning, wellness, and organizational development.
3. Partnerships for Impact: Deepen collaborative relationships to address community needs, improve service integration, and achieve shared outcomes.
4. Future Ready: Build a modern, agile, and prepared organization through technology, data, and innovation to improve organizational effectiveness.
5. Trusted and Connected: Grow trust, increase awareness, and advance relationships through clear communication, transparency, and meaningful community engagement.
We invite you to share your perspectives on these priorities and on how public health can best serve our communities in the future. This survey should take approximately five to ten minutes to complete. Responses will be summarized and incorporated into the strategic planning process. Individual responses will remain confidential.
Please complete the survey by Monday, August 24th, 2026.
