2026 AmSECT Pediatric Conference Abstract & Poster Submission Form

We invite you to submit your abstract and/or poster for the AmSECT Pediatric and Congenital Perfusion Conference taking place August 27-29, 2026, in Columbus, OH.

The Abstract Session will take place on Thursday, August 27, from 10:45-11:45 AM.

The Poster Session will take place during the Industry Symposium on Thursday, August 27 from 5:15-6:15 PM.

Requirements:
In order to present your abstract, you must:

  1. Agree to attend the 2026 AmSECT Pediatric and Congenital Perfusion Conference in-person. Understand that registration fees are required and are not waived with acceptance.
  2. Understand that there is no financial assistance should your abstract or poster be selected.

Deadline
The deadline for submissions is Tuesday, June 30, 2026. All submissions will be reviewed by the planning committee and submitters will be notified of the committee’s decision in July.

Abstract Information
IMPORTANT: Abstracts must be less than 300 words, and should use the following subheadings: Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusion. Should the abstract be more than 300 words, this will require a follow up and will delay the selection process. Submissions will also be considered for several abstract awards.
