This application is for use by companies or organizations that wish to exhibit at AVCU's 75th Annual Meeting, May 20-22, 2022 at Jay Peak Resort.

Important: Purchasing a station in Friday's Exhibitor Hall is required for anyone other than Vermont credit union employees and volunteers to attend our convention.

Everything included with the early bird station fee (see below for pricing and deadlines) is fully detailed in the Exhibitor / Sponsor Information Kit available for download from our Annual Meeting webpage linked above.

As fully detailed in the Kit, the complimentary station furniture, registrations, electricity, Wi-Fi, hors d'oeuvres, banquet dinners, and education program have a combined value of $900!

Please Note: All exhibiting companies returning from our most recent in-person convention in 2019 receive a $200 loyalty discount which lowers their 2022 fee to $2,000 if their application is submitted by 3/18/22 and paid in full by 4/15/22.

Station Fees & Deadlines

$2,200 for applications submitted by the March 18th early bird deadline and paid in full by 4/15/22.

Failure to submit payment for the exhibitor station fee to AVCU by 4/15/21 will result in cancellation of your application and revocation of all exhibitor and (if applicable) sponsor privileges.

To successfully complete this application, you'll need to refer to a print or PDF copy of the 75th Annual Meeting Exhibitor / Sponsor Information Kit available from our Annual Meeting webpage.
