Flowers Canada (Ontario) Inc. has undertaken a project to determine training needs within the Ontario greenhouse floriculture industry. The project endeavours to achieve the following objectives:
· Determine if there is a need for training within the industry · Identify what type of training is required · Ascertain the best way to deliver the training
To achieve these objectives, we are asking over 180 growers across the province to contemplate their future. Are you prepared to meet your training and human resource needs? Do you have sufficiently qualified staff in place in order to retain your knowledge base; remain competitive; and/or allow for expansion?
Please help us understand our industry’s needs by taking 15-20 minutes of your time to answer the following questions. Your input is invaluable and could influence the future success of your greenhouse. All the information collected will be done so anonymously and the aggregated results will be distributed to all FCO members at the conclusion of the project.
