4.We presently meet monthly except ( July, August, and December is the Holiday celebration/Toy Delivery). How often should chapter meetings occur?(Required.)
5.Meetings are presently on the 2nd Tuesday. Should we keep the meetings on the 2nd Tuesday or change our meeting day?(Required.)
6.Meetings are presently at 5:00 pm-7:00 pm. Should we change the meeting time? If so what time works best for you?(Required.)
7.In person and/or virtual on site and/or off site meetings , which will you attend? Advance notice/complimentary parking will be available for all off site meetings(Required.)
