The Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO) is developing a new Strategic Plan for 2026 – 2030.
The Strategic Plan will guide how we fulfill our statutory mandate – to serve and protect the public interest – and set priorities for additional work, including projects and key initiatives.
The draft Strategic Plan builds on the RCDSO Vision 2035, which was approved by RCDSO’s Council in February 2026. The Vision spans 10 years and describes where we want to go; the draft Strategic Plan spans the first 5 years of the Vision and outlines how we will get there, guided by our mandate and values.
The draft Strategic Plan has now been approved for public consultation, and we are seeking feedback from Ontario's dentists, the public, system partners, other interested individuals and organizations.
Survey Information
The survey takes approximately 20 minutes to complete. Respondents who provide detailed written feedback may take longer.
Survey responses are saved when you click the ‘Next’ button and submitted when you click the ‘Done’ button. You may complete part of the survey and return later to edit your responses or finish the survey if you are using the same device and web browser that you used to start the survey.
The deadline to provide feedback is 11:59 pm on September 4, 2026.
All responses will be reviewed carefully to inform revisions to the draft Strategic Plan, and a summary will be provided to RCDSO Council after the consultation closes. Your feedback is anonymous. Responses submitted from individuals on behalf of organizations will be attributed to the organization and not the individual.
