Freightliner Intermodal Companywide Pay Claim Survey 2014 |
1. Introduction.
Firstly we wish all our members a Happy New Year.
This survey is for all TSSA members in Freightliner Intermodal, in both Management and Clerical grades.
Now that the TSSA negotiated company-wide pay agreements for Clerical and Management staff come to an end this year, your Business Council Representatives will shortly be meeting with the company to discuss our aspirations and demands on Pay and Conditions of employment from 1 April for clerical staff and 1 July for Management Grades.
To submit a pay claim reflective of our member’s views we are carrying out a survey prior to formally discussing the matter with management.
The claim that your reps take forward belongs to all of the members and requires your input for it to be most effective. It is important that you let us know your views on this issue so they can be taken forward. You can be assured that your responses will be kept confidential and will only be used to gain a general consensus of what our members seek to achieve.
We need as many members as possible to participate in the survey which should only take a few minutes to complete. The information you provide us will form the basis of our discussions with management when we meet.
