Please join the LSBA, the Louisiana Supreme Court, and a host of statewide local and specialty bar associations for the Louisiana State Bar Association's Eleventh Annual Conclave on Diversity in the Legal Profession. This year’s theme is “Diversity and Inclusion: From Rhetoric to Reality.”

Location - New Orleans Marriott, 555 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA
Registration - Registration for volunteers on the day of the Conclave is at 8:00 a.m. Please ask for Chris Clarkson when you register so that you can receive your volunteer assignment. Registration is in the foyer on the 3rd Floor outside of the Grand Ballroom.
Task Assignments - Breakout Sessions begin at 9:00 a.m. Most of the volunteers will be placed in a breakout session where they will greet attendees, answer questions, ensure that everyone is signed in, and provide any assistance that the panelists may require.
Lunch - Please remember that student volunteers will be on their own for lunch, which begins at 12:05 p.m. and runs until approximately 12:50 p.m. There are affordable lunch options within walking distance of the hotel.

Parking – Valet parking, without in and out privileges, is available at the Marriott on the day of the Conclave and the cost is $15.00/day. Parking is based on availability and is not guaranteed. Please mention to the valet that you are there for the LSBA conference. A voucher to cover the parking fee will be available at the registration desk.
Attendance of the Conclave - After the morning Breakout sessions, students are free to attend the remaining Conclave sessions.
