WCM Board-Ready Directory

WCM's directory of Canadian board-ready women serves as a resource for Board Chairs, senior leaders and recruiters to identify and locate women who are eminently qualified to sit on public, crown, private, and not-for-profit Boards of Directors. The list is researched and compiled by members of WCM's Women in Leadership Committee (WIL), with the input of highly experienced industry professionals from across Canada, and is updated every six months.

To nominate a candidate or submit your own application, please complete this form. Nominations and submissions are accepted by the WCM office year-round, but reviewed every six months by the committee. Deadlines for submissions are June 30 and December 30 of each year, with the new inductees announced by early September and March.
