In order to better serve our customers, I respectfully ask for your participation in completing this Customer Satisfaction Survey.  You have been selected at random from our customer list to receive this survey and I hope you will take a few minutes of your time to provide your responses.

 Although DMU has supplied electric, water and wastewater service to Denison for many years, we know there is always room for improvement in meeting our customers’ needs.  The information gathered from the completed surveys will be important in helping us identify areas where we need to improve as we strive to provide our customers with the best possible service. 

Business is changing all around us, meaning policies and procedures need to continually be reviewed. From our earliest years, DMU has been a leader in establishing positive business practices and we look forward to addressing Denison’s future needs.
