Comments and Feedback for Thomson Reuters and LexisNexis

Good day CALL/ACBD  Members and Friends,

In the coming weeks, the CALL/ACBD Vendor Liaison Committee will be organizing its annual calls meeting with Thomson Reuters and LexisNexis to voice your concerns, queries, and issues. The results of this survey will be the foundation for our discussions with them.

The most effective way to do this is with an open-ended survey. Besides the first 2 questions, we have provided a number of topics. We ask that you provide fulsome comments with examples. The beauty of using Survey Monkey is that the results will be collated and make it much easier for the Committee to see trends, common problems and frequent issues.

This survey will take anywhere from 2 minutes to much longer to complete, depending on how much you have to share. Please provide only one response per institution.

The survey is anonymous; however, if you wish to be contacted you can include your details at the end of the survey.

The VLC conducts this survey annually in order to track and communicate trends with our members and the publishers.
