2021 Junior Queensland Track Team Support Staff Expression of Interest

Event Name: 2021 AusCycling Australia Track National Championships

Dates: Tuesday, 6 April – Sunday, 11 April 2021

Location: Anna Mears Velodrome, QLD

AusCycling Queensland proposes to select and send a State Team of athletes to participate in the above National Championships. We are now calling for Expressions of Interest from AusCycling Queensland members who are willing to fulfill a variety of roles to support the team.

The following positions are available:

Team Manager
Assistant Team Manager
Head Coach
Assistant Coach
Chaperone
Team Mechanic

To be successful in applying for any of the above positions, members are required to:

Submit an Expression of Interest through this portal
Be a current financial AusCycling member
Have a current Working with Children Check (WWCC) Blue Card
Have current First Aid qualifications
Have a clear understanding of AusCycling Anti-Doping Policy, AusCycling National Member Protection Policy, AusCycling Child Safe Sport Code of Behaviour and AusCycling Code of Conduct

If you have not provided AusCycling Queensland with your current WWCC or First Aid qualification details, you are strongly urged to do so ASAP. Applicants who have not provided these details (or provided written evidence of an attempt to obtain the necessary accreditation's) will not be considered.

* Please note any staff member selected for a position with a State Team will be required to complete and/or sign all of the following and submit/provide details to AusCycling Queensland:

ASADA Anti-Doping E-Learning Course
Confidentiality Agreement
Team Support Staff Agreement - sent out upon Team Selection

Failure to complete any of the above items will result in the withdrawal of your offer.

Please note, completing the following application process does not guarantee selection as a Support Staff member of a QLD State Team. AusCycling Queensland will contact all applicants regarding the outcome of their application in due course.
