This application is for use by companies or organizations that wish to exhibit at AVCU's 73rd Annual Meeting, September 18-20, 2020 at Jay Peak Resort. Purchasing a station in Friday's Exhibitor Hall is required for anyone other than Vermont credit union employees or volunteers to attend our convention. Included in the early bird station fee of $1,800 (returning 2019 companies only) or $2,000 for all other companies registering by the new deadline of July 1st are detailed in the Exhibitor / Sponsor Information Kit.

As fully detailed in the Kit, the complimentary furniture, convention registrations, electricity, Wi-Fi, hors d'oeuvres, banquet dinners, and education program included with the station fee have a total value of $800!

Station Fees
$2,000 for applications submitted by the early bird date of 7/1/20.
$2,200 for applications submitted between 7/2/20 and 8/14/20.
All returning 2019 exhibiting companies receive a $200 loyalty discount lowering their 2020 fee to $1,800 (early bird) or $2,000.

Failure to submit payment to AVCU by 8/14/20 for the exhibitor station fee (and optional presenting sponsorship fee) will result in cancellation of your application and revocation of all exhibitor and sponsor privileges.

To successfully complete this application, you'll need to refer to a print or PDF copy of the 73rd Annual Meeting Exhibitor / Sponsor Information Kit available from our website's Annual Meeting page.

Although the dates have changed to September, all other information contained in the original Exhibitor / Sponsor Information Kit remains valid.

Important: Attendance at AVCU's Annual Meeting is limited to employees and volunteers of our member credit unions, their registered guests, and registered representatives of approved exhibiting companies. Individuals without AVCU-issued ID badges are prohibited from being on the properties and grounds of Jay Peak Resort during the dates our Annual Meeting is in session.
