This application is for use by companies or organizations that wish to exhibit at AVCU's 73rd Annual Meeting, May 15-17, 2020 at Jay Peak Resort. Purchasing a station in Friday's Exhibitor Hall is required for anyone other than Vermont credit union employees or volunteers to attend our convention. Included in the early bird station fee of $1,800 (returning 2019 companies only) or $2,000 for all other companies registering by March 13th are:
  • 50 square feet of floor space (10' x 5') w/ one 6' skirted table, two chairs, wastebasket, Wi-Fi, and (upon request) electricity;
  • Complimentary convention registrations, name badges, lanyards, Exhibitor Hall hors d'oeuvres, and Friday's Opening Banquet for up to two registered representatives (one or two more company reps may attend at an additional cost of $135 per person);
  • $100 of your fee goes into the cash prize pool for our "Exhibitor Hall Scavenger Hunt" contest, 100% of which is paid out to credit union personnel at Friday's Dessert Social;
  • Complimentary attendance at Saturday's education program (a $50 per person meal fee applies for breakfast sessions);
  • Recognition of your company as an Exhibitor in AVCU's weekly Newslines Express and in the Annual Yearbook section of our website; and
  • A digital list of convention attendees with name, job title, and credit union affiliation plus a map of the Exhibitor Hall showing your assigned station location, will be provided in late April.
The complimentary furniture, registrations, electricity, Wi-Fi, hors d'oeuvres, banquet dinners, and education program have a total value of $800!

Station Fees
$2,000 for applications submitted by the early bird date of 3/13/20.
$2,200 for applications submitted between 3/14/20 and 4/3/20.
All returning 2019 exhibiting companies receive a $200 loyalty discount lowering their 2020 fee to $1,800 (early bird) or $2,000.

Failure to submit payment to AVCU by 4/3/20 for the exhibitor station fee (and optional presenting sponsorship fee) will result in cancellation of your application and revocation of all exhibitor and sponsor privileges.

To successfully complete this application, you'll need to refer to a print or PDF copy of the 73rd Annual Meeting Exhibitor / Sponsor Information Kit available from our website's Annual Meeting page.
 
Important: Attendance at AVCU's Annual Meeting is limited to employees and volunteers of our member credit unions, their registered guests, and registered representatives of approved exhibiting companies. Individuals without AVCU-issued ID badges do not meet the above criteria and are prohibited from attending, soliciting business, or distributing literature anywhere within the convention site's buildings or grounds during the dates that AVCU's 73rd Annual Meeting is in session. 

When your application is approved, AVCU will email the contact person and send an invoice to their attention within 10 business days. Payment is due by April 3, 2020.
