The purpose of this survey is to check in with you and to understand the impacts the cyclone had on your property, and to understand the recovery needs of all rural properties that have been affected in your area. We recognise you may have already provided this information to your insurance provider or damage assessor, please note this important information will inform the State Recovery process to determine the levels of impact for funding.
