Volunteer Technology Assistance Program Participant Feedback Survey
As a registered charity, ETAG works hard to support the technology use of adults 55+ living in Ontario. Our aim is to eliminate the digital divide between generations. With the help of a large team of volunteer technology coaches, ETAG’s Volunteer Technology Assistance Program strives to inform program participants about how to use common technologies, such as computers and the Internet, in a comfortable, confident, and safe manner.
As a participant in this program, your opinion is important to us! This feedback survey is designed to help ETAG’s team understand the program’s strengths and weaknesses from your perspective. With this participant insight, we will have the information needed to make changes to the program to enhance its effectiveness and provide you with a higher quality of service in the future.
