You are invited to participate in a voluntary and anonymous survey for the Wilkes Childcare Study that will examine the current state of childcare accessibility in Wilkes County. The purpose of this survey is to gain knowledge, understand your experiences, identify challenges, and provide recommendations to meet the childcare needs in Wilkes County.

Each parent or guardian who completes this survey will be asked to enter their contact information before submitting the survey. This information will automatically enter you into a drawing for a free birthday party for 10 children, provided by The Block. If you do not wish to enter the drawing, you are not required to give your contact information. Your information will not be used for any other marketing purposes by Wilkes Economic Development Corporation or The Block.

The survey should take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. Participating in the study is completely voluntary and anonymous. No individual or group will be identified by this survey. The results of the study will be presented in a report to the Leonard G. Herring Family Foundation in December of 2022.
