As Clarington continues to grow, the Municipality needs to create a plan to ensure that our outdoor recreation areas meet the needs of our active community. The Municipality has reviewed our outdoor areas including parks, baseball diamonds, soccer fields and splash pads and have drafted an Outdoor Recreation Needs Assessment (ORNA) that will serve as a guide over the next 15 years so the Municipality can support our growing community with the appropriate outdoor amenities.
