· Concepts will be committee judged based on: originality, creativity, vibrancy, aesthetic appeal, and ability to be replicated on the selected canvas

· The commission paid to the winning artist includes transfer of full ownership and usage rights of the selected concept to 33 Beale Street Hotel Company, LLC.
