I would like to donate the following item to the 2018 EREF Live Auction in accordance with the Auction Rules of Participation. Question Title * 2. Please indicate the Fair Market Value (FMV) of the donated item (must be a minimum of $5,000), including freight and federal excise tax. EREF will provide you with a letter acknowledging your donation for income tax purposes at the conclusion of the Auction. Policies and procedures require that EREF obtain documentation that demonstrates Fair Market Values for items valued over $7,500.
