HEICC is currently discussing the commercial requirement for weekend support and how it could provide the service to horticulture exporters without creating unnecessary expense to industry.  If there is enough demand to warrant having officers either 'on call' or full day, it may considered by the Department of Agriculture and Water Resources.

The key objective of this survey is to gain insight from industry participants engaged in export. The results of this survey will be reviewed by the HEICC committee and be instrumental in trial services commencing for industry.
