* 1. Over your career as a Flight Attendant, has a passenger ever reported to you, while working as a Flight Attendant, that she/he is being sexually assaulted by another passenger?

* 2. Over your career as a Flight Attendant, have you ever witnessed the on-board sexual assault of a passenger by another passenger?

* 3. Over your career as a Flight Attendant, how many times have you intervened in an on-board passenger on passenger sexual assault?

* 4. Only if you answered 1 or more times in question 3, check all the actions that were in involved in these situations.

* 5. Does your current airline provide written guidance specific to on-board passenger on passenger sexual assault (either on its company policies and procedures or the FAM) that is separate from general guidance for managing disruptive passengers?
