The Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP) is a long-range, multimodal planning document that will identify the transportation needs of the Benton-Franklin region, including the Tri-Cities Urbanized Area, through the year 2045.

This quick survey is an initial part of the Benton-Franklin Council of Governments' outreach process to gain early insight on the public's perspective while the MTP is still in its preliminary stages.
