St Bernadettes Public Consultation

.The proposals seek to deliver 34 new apartments on site at social rent. What sizes of homes for older people do you think are most needed in the local area?
.The proposed building has been designed at a similar scale to the existing church and incorporates architectural features intended to reflect the established character of Princess Road. What your views on the building design, scale, and height?
.What are your views on the proposed design and appearance of the new building? Comments around the architectural style, materials, windows, balconies and overall appearance would be welcomed.
.Are there any features, materials, artwork or other aspects of the church’s history that you would like to see reflected or incorporated into the new development to celebrate the heritage of the site?
.The proposals include a low level of car parking, with the spaces provided intended primarily for Blue Badge holders and including electric vehicle charging. Given the site's proximity to bus and tram services, what are your views on the proposed parking provision?
.The proposals include new planting, including a planted embankment and wildflower planting along Princess Road. Are there any particular trees, vegetation, wildlife or ecological features around the site that you think should be retained, enhanced or considered as part of the proposals?
.Overall, what are your views on the principle of redeveloping the St Bernadette’s site to provide new affordable housing?
.Please tell us why
