8.The Next Generation of Instructors and Leaders: What suggestions do you have to engage the Next Generation? How can we continue to build our leadership pipeline, both as a global network of instructors as well as within AWMAI as an organization?
9.Inclusion & Belonging: Are there opportunities for us to be more inclusive? How might we continue to create space for historically marginalized instructors and business owners particularly in terms of gender and gender identity, sexual orientation, race and ethnicity, age and/or ability?
10.Communication & Connection: How can we improve communication and increase connection? Can you offer any suggestions around frequency and timeliness, use of technology platforms, online forums, our Teachers' Lounge gatherings, webinars etc.?
