Tacit knowledge in intercultural collaborations and the workplace

You are invited to participate in a research project investigating the dynamics driving the exchange of knowledge that occurs in workplaces and through intercultural partnerships. Participants in collaborations are interested in better understanding the role played by tacit knowledge (hidden knowledge) in order to improve communication and the success of partnerships.
The study authors are: Professor Neil Anderson, Professor Chris Cunneen and Professor Zhangyue Zhou from James Cook University.
It is expected this research will contribute to improving the quality of international collaborative dialogues and a greater understanding of tacit knowledge in the workplace.
The survey has 94 questions and should take about 10-15 minutes of your time.
