Champions for Children 2026 Nomination Form Nominations close on February 25, 2026 at 5:00pm A reception for all nominees will be held on March 11th. Jardin staff will contact all Champion Nominees by March 4th to provide more information. *Nominees, please come prepared for your photo to be captured on the day of the reception. Categories Elevating with Empowerment Champion: An individual who is a mentor, volunteer, advocacy leader, coach, first-responder, etc. who invests in skill development, provides opportunities for others to grow, leads with compassion and integrity, and supports others to develop their well-being through motivation and personal interactions. Partners in Purpose Champion: A non-profit organization or community partner that demonstrates strong collaborations within our community to ensure that children and families have access to vital resources and services. Roots of Resilience Champion: An individual who supports children, youth, adults, or families to navigate systems, overcome adversity, create stability, and withstand life's challenges(i.e., educators, school counselor, administrators, mental health providers, early intervention providers, community health workers, pediatricians, nurses, social workers, etc.,) Vision in Values Champion: A community group or business team (i.e., Rotary, Lions Club, Junior League, 4H, Ambassadors, etc.), that elevate families with a clear vision and values that lead to strong community engagement.
