Medical Student Assessment of Radiology Curriculum

Dear Participant:

My name is Scott Rohren and I am a medical student at Baylor College of Medicine. I am working to assess medical student’s opinions of the radiology curriculum. I am inviting you to participate in this research study by completing the attached survey.

The following questionnaire will require approximately 5 minutes to complete. There is no compensation for responding nor is there any known risk. In order to ensure that all information is confidential and anonymous, please do not include your name. Participation is strictly voluntary, and you may refuse to participate at any time. The data will be used to create scientific data suggesting ways for educators to better engage medical students with radiology and improve the teaching of diagnostic radiology curriculum to medical students. Completion and return of this questionnaire will indicate your willingness to participate in this study. If you have additional questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me at the number listed below.
