Cancellation Policy

Notice of cancellation must be sent in writing to the FLA Events Teams at events@fla.org.uk

Any member cancelling a reservation will be entitled to a full refund if the cancellation is received on or before Tuesday 5th November 2024. Cancellation after this date will not be eligible for a refund.

All FLA events and training courses are conducted in compliance with Competition Law and the FLA’s Code of Conduct (see below).

Code of Conduct

Ensuring comfort and safety at FLA events, meetings and training courses is our priority. We uphold a zero-tolerance policy against discrimination or harassment based on gender, ethnicity, religion, disability, age, or sexual identity. Immediate action is taken against offensive behaviour, and we urge prompt reporting for swift resolution. Our Code of Conduct promotes a culture of respect, dignity, equity, and inclusion to foster a supportive environment.

Attendees are expected to act in a professional way, including responsible alcohol consumption and a strict prohibition on drugs.

If you are hosting guests at an FLA event, you will be responsible for ensuring they:
  • receive a copy of the FLA’s Code of Conduct,
  • are aware the Code must be followed at the event, and
  • are aware that all people must be treated with dignity and respect.

You can view the FLA’s Code of Conduct in its entirety here. Please note that any breach may result in immediate removal from the event without refund, and further consequences may apply.
