To help ensure the Scheme meets its objectives effectively and efficiently, the Department has commissioned an independent evaluation of the TPN Scheme, and has appointed Fitzpatrick Associates Economic Consultants Ltd to undertake the evaluation.

As part of the evaluation, all TGAs supported by the Scheme are being asked to complete this survey. The survey is being distributed to TPN Co-ordinators within each TGA, and it is suggested that the survey be shared with and considered by the TGA Chairperson and other members of the Executive as appropriate, before being completed.

All responses received will be treated in confidence by the consultants. Findings will only be reported in aggregate and in ways which uphold the anonymity of individual TGAs. Responses will furthermore only be accessible to the independent consultants, with no responses accessible by the TPN Steering Group, Blackrock Education Centre, schools, other Education Centres, the Department of Education and Skills, or any other parties.

Should you have any questions regarding the evaluation or survey, please email Niall Crosbie at ncrosbie@fitzpatrick-associates.com.

Your participation is gratefully appreciated.
