IDF Europe COVID-19 Survey for Healthcare Professionals

This questionnaire is aimed at healthcare professionals working with people living with diabetes. The aim of the questionnaire is to understand what impact the COVID-19 pandemic had on the prevention and management of diabetes and its complications, for people living with diabetes who developed COVID-19 as well as those who did not, as well as to identify what worked well and what could be improved. This questionnaire is totally anonymous and will be treated in line with GDPR regulations.

It will help us gain an understanding of the diabetes care delivered across the European region during the COVID-19 pandemic and provide recommendations for improved diabetes prevention and care, generally and specifically addressing future pandemics.
