Please use this form to submit a digital poster and audio summary to be showcased as part of our Virtual Poster display on the Sydney Catalyst website.

You will receive an individual link to your Virtual Poster which you may use to demonstrate your research output and impact. This link will remain active until you advise otherwise at the discretion of Sydney Catalyst.

You can submit your poster and audio (optional) at any time. The sooner you submit, the more exposure your work will have.

CREATING A DIGITAL POSTER

To create your digital poster you can either download and use our templates or create your own. Landscape and Portrait poster templates are available to members on our website
These can be found under My Member Profile>Find a Resource>Research Marketplace>Templates.

There is no size requirement and you are welcome to submit a poster that you have already presented at a conference.

For example, your poster can be provided:
- to accompany your abstract for published or current research projects
- as a summary of projects you are working on
- to feature a particular or unique skill you have that is required in your research
- to communicate new or innovative techniques being used by you or your lab/research

CREATING AUDIO

We are also giving participants the opportunity to record audio to accompany their poster which will be included on the individual page on the Symposium website. An audio recording should be approximately 3 minutes (no longer than 4 minutes) in length and should be a summary of the accompanying poster content. It is recommended that the audio file is uploaded to a website like Soundcloud and shared via the URL link. Alternatively, please email the audio file to SydneyCatalyst@ctc.usyd.edu.au (unfortunately, this form does not accept audio file uploads).
