Naloxone Awareness Project - National (Tell Five Friends)

The Naloxone Awareness Project is an outreach campaign to spread knowledge throughout communities about the life-saving overdose reversal drug naloxone. We do this by asking volunteers to speak with five friends about naloxone. After the visits, we would like to learn about the experience through this four-minute survey.
