Thank you for participating in our survey. Your feedback is important and will be treated in confidence.

The PYA offers a Membership Assistance Service which responds to hundreds of requests for advice annually. In addition, a PYA Welfare workgroup has been formed to help when more personal and sensitive situations arise.

With the focus on mental wellbeing and welfare issues, we are asking for your assistance to see where we can assist crew further. After all, in many cases better communication between parties, awareness and training can certainly help to avoid certain situations.

It is the  PYA's aim to raise awareness of these issues in our high stress industry and encourage professionalism by all.  Your feedback will help us do this.
