Event Details
- Date: Saturday April 12, 2025
- Time: 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM
- Location: WFCU Centre, 8787 McHugh Street, Banquet Hall
- Setup Time: 8:45 AM (please line up outside the banquet hall doors with your items and we will show you to your space) be on time.

Vendor Information

Payment and Registration Information
I agree to pay the following fees:
- $80 for 1 table
- $150 for 2 tables
- I understand that I must pay the registration fee within 48 hours of registration to reserve my spot, or my spot may be forfeited.
- I understand that table covers are not included and I will bring a tablecloth that matches the Easter theme.
- I will not send payment until I receive email confirmation of approval. I will check my Spam folder for this email.
- I understand that registration fees are non-refundable.
- I understand that applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

_Terms and Conditions_
- I understand that I am responsible for bringing my own table and tablecloth.
- I understand that chairs will be provided by upmedia
- I understand that if I am selling food, I must register with the health unit for this event.
- I understand that if I am selling items from a company (e.g. Tupperware), I will be the exclusive vendor for that company.
- I understand that if I am selling handmade or crafted items, there may be other vendors selling similar items.
- Refund Policy:
- No refunds will be issued for vendor payments.
- If the event is rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control, vendors will receive a credit for a future event.
- This credit will be valid for a specified period and can be used for a similar event.
- No cash refunds or substitutions will be provided.

_Liability Waiver_
- I, the vendor, release and hold harmless the event organizers, volunteers, and venue from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from any damage, loss, injury, or death to myself, my employees, or my property while participating in this event.

_Special Note_
- You are welcome to bring chocolate Easter treats to give out to the children attending the event.

Any questions or to verify the event call Lisa Valente 226 345 7943. BE CAREFUL THERE ARE SCAMS OFTEN SO DO NOT SEND ANY PAYMENT TO ANY EMAIL ACCEPT THIS ONE. LISA VALENTE IS THE ONLY CONTACT PERSON. WE WILL NOT OFFER SPACE IF PAYMENT IS SENT TO THE WRONG EMAILS.
