NEW Executive Leadership Lab Application

The NEW Executive Leadership Lab is a leadership development experience designed exclusively for emerging executive women in the retail, consumer packaged goods, technology and financial services sectors.

NEW Executive Leadership Lab applicants should be seasoned professionals who work across departments and possess a general management perspective and should be identified by their organizations as high-potential talent.

Through the NEW Executive Leadership Lab, participants learn to develop and confidently present their leadership skills as they work to successfully guide the organization to the next level of profitability and sustainability. This leadership development is done by helping participants understand and question their fundamental assumptions about themselves and the roles and responsibilities of leadership. Additionally, the NEW Executive Leadership Lab provides emerging executives access to some of the world’s foremost industry and academic experts. The program assists participants in modifying or eliminating outdated paradigms and associated behaviors and gives them insights into organizational needs and industry trends.

Participation in the NEW Executive Leadership Lab is by application only.  Please complete the application in its entirety. This application takes approximately 30 minutes to complete.
