1.What is your participation in the Walk to Remember at the Angel of Hope?
2.How did you find the registration process? Quick? Did you pre-register online? How about the cost? Any suggestions?
3.How did you like the Remembrance Ceremony before the Walk to Remember? Anything you would change? 
4.How did you like the length of the Walk to Remember?(Required.)
5.How did you find the photo remembrance sign process? Did you create one for the first time this year? Was the cost appropriate?
6.Did you visit the Angel of Hope expansion fundraising information table?  Would you like more information about donation or sponsorship options?
7.How did you like the lunch provided?  Thoughts about the "no lunch" option?
8.What are your thoughts on the other activities of the day? Ziggy's Art Bus crafts? Face painter? Photo booth? Music? Sidewalk chalk art? Bubbles?
