The Family Promise Congregational Shelter Program offers temporary housing for families transitioning out of homelessness. Families in the program stay for one week at a time in area churches while they secure permanent housing. Typically, a family will use the shelter program for 2-3 months. Our church has hosted families a few weeks out of each year, pre-Covid. We are now working with Family Promise of Greater Orlando to assess whether we can return to the shelter program model and host families in our family life center. Please consider completing the survey below as part of this assessment process. If you would like to know more about family Promise please visit https://www.fporlandofl.org/ or email Victoria at victoriav@fumcwp.org.
