History:  In 2017, acting on energy generated by the Mission Assessment Process, the Christian Education and Worship & Music Boards discussed potential changes to programming at American Lutheran.  Through congregational feedback at multiple meetings, a review of declining attendance at the 11:00 worship service, and conversations with and visits to other churches, Wednesday evening programming was developed on an experimental basis.  Christian Education for children on Sunday mornings was moved to Wednesday evening.   Sunday morning worship services were consolidated to 9:00 and a Wednesday evening worship service was developed.  A Wednesday evening supper was added.

The pastors serving American Lutheran currently lead worship services on Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m., Saturdays at 5:30 p.m., Sundays at 9:00 a.m. and Bethany at 10:15 a.m.  Our pastors can’t do more than 4 worship services a week.  If we were to add another worship, how open would you be to the following forms of worship leadership: (check all that would be acceptable)
