All Souls is hiring a new Lead Pastor to increase our interfaith impact while we strive to become operationally and financially viable. Our ideal candidate is a spiritual leader, a non-profit manager, an innovator and a cultivator. In addition to providing spiritual leadership for our community, the Lead Pastor at All Souls will work collaboratively with our staff, board, ministers and communities to develop and achieve a shared vision for a future sustainable interfaith community.
