1. To what level does your organization have a defined governance structure relating to Crisis Management?
a. Awareness of Crisis Management is limited to IT / internal audit / compliance functions.  There is no central ownership of Crisis Management.
b. The Senior Management Team is aware that a Crisis Management program exists, but commitment is lacking.
